EVENT (PER 75 MINUTES):

Solo: $275
Duet: $425
Trio: $625
Quartet: $825

Our prices include up to an hour and fifteen minutes of our time as needed. This is plenty of time for a 15-minute prelude, ceremony, and, if guests are still present, a postlude. We find that most of our weddings fall within this time frame, but if more time is needed, we do prorate in 15-minute increments as necessary.

MUSIC ARRANGING/COMPOSING: $75/SONG

Arranging is done for our ensemble type. Different or additional instruments will incur an additional charge of $25 per additional instrument. You may be responsible for providing us with the original sheet music.

EXTRA REHEARSAL: $175/PERSON/HOUR

(For weddings, it is customary, if schedule permits, to meet with the bride at one regularly scheduled rehearsal for music selection, free of charge for trio or quartet bookings.)

TRAVEL POLICY:

There are no travel fees associated with a performance within 25 miles of downtown Kansas City. For all other performances, a fee of $1 per mile round trip will be added to the overall cost. For performances greater than 50 miles away, an additional 25% of the overall performance charge (excluding mileage charges) will be assessed. Additional travel charges may apply for engagements over 100 miles away (up to and including driving time billed at $100/hour) and will be included in the quote.

HOLIDAY POLICY:

25% of the overall performance charge (excluding mileage charges) may be added to holiday bookings. This includes but is not limited to New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Eve.
